(30 March 2012) The University of South Carolina (USC) chapter of the Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA) has seized that national spotlight again. In 2011, the chapter won the 2011 Chauncey I. Cooper Chapter Excellence Award as the top chapter in the country. In the February-March 2012 issue of The Signatura, the national publication of the SNPhA, the chapter was featured in a Chapter Spotlight. This extensive spread highlighted some of the most memorable accomplishments of the chapter during the year through a Q&A feature and illustrated the outstanding service efforts of the award-winning organization. A special highlight was the first ever HIV/AIDS Awareness Week held last fall.
